Our client is a leading ladies fashion retailer and seeks an experienced retail manager for their "Brand New" Great Yarmouth Store.

With a keen interest in fashion, the ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a similar fast paced environment.

You should be passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service, have the ability and determination to drive sales and have strong visual merchandising skills.

Store managers require excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You should have good IT skills and have experience of staff performance management and managing grievance and disciplinary matters.
