The business was first established in 1995 by a single independent retailer who, was frustrated by the high costs of debit and credit card processing available to his business, compared to those offered to the large multiples. He recognised that by joining forces with others in the same position their collective purchasing power would be greatly enhanced and as result lower rates could be negotiated.

My client is a professional and highly focussed collective, performance is recognised and talent nurtured. The organisation make substantial investment in new hires and are selective in the decision making process.

As a sales focussed business, there is fantastic earning potential and my client look to engage with professionals with a desire to earn double or triple the basic salary.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• A verifiable record of success in B2B solution based selling
• Minimum of 12 months outbound telesales experience
• Commercial awareness and sound business acumen
• Ability to plan, time manage and self motivate
• Competitive, confident and ambitious
• Persuasive with excellent sales technique and organisational skills

£15,000k basic + uncapped commission (OTE 35K) and career progression.
